Our Story
Hello, Friends! We are Greg and Dennis. Along with our two dogs, Tigger and Gizmo, we travel around all over the US looking for adventure, new friends and plenty of good food. Well, this is our story.
In October 2023, we sold everything we had; our boat, two jet skis, all our possessions and our house. We paid off most of our debt and we purchased a 2024 Jayco Eagle and moved into it full time. However, because of Greg’s work, we were unable o start the full time travel that we had hoped for. It wasn’t until October ’24 that he finally left his job and we started full time traveling.
Living in an RV, even one as large as a 5th wheel, posed challenges for us. We moved from a 2000 sq ft home into our RV which was quite a transition. But we made it work and now we are very happy living in our little home on wheels.
Greg is a graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Environmental Science. He is a veteran of the Marines and the Co-founder of the Northwest Shark Preservation Society. He currently works for a large manufacturing company as a planning manager. He is working on his master’s degree and plans on pursuing his Ph.D. in 2025.
Dennis is also a graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Environmental Science. He is a retired healthcare professional and computer science specialist. He served as CEO of a Non-profit working for the preservation of sharks and eco-sustainable fisheries in the pacific northwest. He has two beautiful children and a whole gaggle of grandkids.
These are our babies. Gizmo is a long hair Dachshund and Tigger is a mix of Pointer and Hound. We have had them several years and they are very experienced RV companions.
Come share all of our experiences with us. We will share everything from our, not so favorable times to our more enjoyable. Hopefully, along the way, we will impart some useful tidbits that everyone can benefit form. We are after all . . .
